Definition of terms:
● Career -an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person's life and with
opportunities for progress

● Immersion - Immersions prepare students for the real world by training them how to
work in a company and eventually excel in a specific career

● Experience -practical contact with and observation of facts or event

● Flight Attendant -a steward or stewardess on an aircraft

● Excellency - an outstanding feature or quality

Statements of the problem:
● How will the aspiring flight attendants overcome their problems
during immersion?
● How will the aspiring flight attendants enhance their skills
during immersion?
● What are the problems of aspiring flight attendants encounter
during immersion?
● Why do aspiring flight attendants lacking in some areas?
● What are the effects of problems to aspiring flight attendants?
● What are the causes of aspiring flight attendants lacking in some
areas?
Methodology
In order to gain better insight on how will the immersion help the
aspiring flight attendants in improving their skills in
communication, customer service skills, decision- making skills,
physical stamina and being attentiveness, the researchers will
observe and analyze their improvements and taking notes during the
immersion.
Conclusion:
By the end of this study, the aspiring flight attendants improved
their skills and learned new information. It will help them in the
future if they are going to pursue this profession. It can be also an
advantage to them because they experienced trainings and use it as
guides. Their attitude will also change because they learned how to
be patient, respectful, organized and how to maintain their energy
with the customers.
