To whom it may concern,

I am the widow of Clemente Carlos Jr. whose estate was extra

judicially settled and partitioned among the heirs, myself and our
own surviving children. The BIR issued Certificate of Registration as
follows;

1. C-2019-004-44871-M
2. C-2019-004-44872-M
3. C-2019-004-44873-M
4. C-2019-004-44874-M
5. C-2019-004-44875-M

However, the Register of Deeds of Morong, Rizal refused to process

the transfer of title for the following lots:

1. OCT No. M-6272

2. TCT No. M-60534

for reason stated in the attached letter from RD Morong. Since I am

already old and a Senior Citizen, I wish to have all our remaining
properties settled and it has become very tiring for me to commute
between Morong and Taguig just because your offices cannot agree
on the proper documentation. Please give preferential attention to
this matter since we have been processing this 2017. Please
indicate your reply to the attached enclosure from RD Morong.

I am authorizing Mr. Alfred B. Rado to follow on this issue since I

am old already.
