Help document for candidate’s, who want to Edit their earlier

appied Application subject to it is open for edit by RPSC as per

rules mentioned in Instruction for the candidates.

Select Edit Application – Go on

of Birth and Select Exam Open for
Edit and Registered Mobile
Number with Application Applied
earlier and Press on Proceed
Button.

Select the option of

Payment Mode.

Provide Token Number if Payment

Mode selected as (Emitra/CSC
Kiosks or e-Mitra Online
Payment) of Payment Mode.

Provide Transaction Number Only

if attempt was made for Edit
Application and payment has been
deducted by bank & connection
failed in between or Transaction
Number not used for Edit
Application yet otherwise Press
Proceed button to make payment
and edit application
 System will display message with
Transaction Number (Which may
be noted down for future
reference by Candidate in case of
connection failed in between) and
Press Proceed button.

Select Netbanking/Card
Payment/Other Online Payment
Modes available on SBI payment
Gateway to make payment before
edit application to be allowed to
you. For example SBI Netbanking

For Netbanking User needs to

provide User name and password
& Press Submit button.

Catuion: User should not press

other button during the process
of online payment beside given
instructions given by Bank.

System sends a One Time Verification Code

on registered mobile number of you, which
is required to be given here. If you have not
received the same in next 5-10 seconds,
Press Get Code Button to Get new One
Time Verification Code on registered mobile
number. This check being placed for
security reasons of candidates.

System will display Application Form now

for Editing by Candidate. Here you can edit
relevant fields allowed to edit*.

Press Proceed Button after editing completed.

Candidate can press Cancel and can use the

Transaction Number later on for edit
purpose, provided opening dates available
for edit.

If Candidate comes across such errors due to

network or some other issues, he/she can use
the Transaction Number later on for edit
purpose, provided opening dates available
for edit.
*Following fields are not allowed to be edited by Candidates:
Candidate Name, Examination Name, Examination Post, Category
if Candidate filled PH is Yes and Mobile Number. Changes for
these may only be allowed on Commission discretion and for that
candidate need to send relevant proof copy with necessary fee of Rs.
100 IPO to RPSC by Post.

After Proceed Button Application Form is

display after editing being made by
Candidate and then he can fill “Captcha”
field value and Tick on Disclaimer.

Finally Candidate is press Submit Button to

submit his updated application form.

System will generate SMS for sending

updated application form details to
Candidate and also show the shown screen
with message for updated application and
also given link to down load the updated
application.
