1 Material Receiving :
a. Incoming pile material checked by Tak QC team by Mill Sheet data only, after confirmation
from Logistic team.

b. Incoming rebar material checked by Tak QC team by Mill Sheet data only, after confirmation
from Logistic team. Accepted material then arranged by engineer to shifted to each fabrication
area.

2 Takenaka has submitted piling work report to each Hein Area Manager, latest by 24 Feb 2020.
Takenaka use 4 kind of pile material (Kobe, WIKA, Waskita, and Hume). None of Pile Material Mill
Sheet is available yet.

3 All additional piling work report is not submitted to Hein (about 120 point).
4 Takenaka plan to do Pile Load Test in the middle of March, waiting for Jacking Machine
availability.

5 Rebar tensile and yield strength test has been proposed to independet lab by Tak but none of
report is submitted to Hein. Due to very slow action, Hein propose Tak to proceed those tests at
supplier lab as consideration.

6. Takenaka will submit concrete compressive strength test to Hein, weekly, every Friday noon.

7 Based on RC work ITP Takenaka submitted, concrete sample cylinder oficially prepared for 28
days (3 sample) for each 50m3. Sample for 7 and 14 days will be prepared for formwork
dismanteling or etc.

8 Due to Tak unreadyness, NCR-HMMI-QC-0001 will be continuously discussed on Friday, 06 March

2020. Takenaka will invite Hein QC Team to do batch plant visiting.

9 Hein request to Takenaka to prepare and submit Steel Structure ITP ASAP. As per Takenaka info,
steel structure material fabrication has been started.
