Eligibility Criteria
Any individual or company may nominate a candidate subject to meeting the below mentioned criteria:
- The Nominee must be an Omani National in the age group of 25 to 35 years
- The Nominee preferably should be employed at a managerial/supervisory position with minimum 5 years of work experience
- The Nominee should have management aptitude, leadership qualities and effective communication skills
- The Nominee should be able to train, support and encourage team members
- The Nominee should be an employee of the company and should not have any sort of ownership in the company
All eligible Nominees shall be invited for a Management Aptitude Test and notified via e-mail id mentioned in this form.
(Please note: Only ONE Management Aptitude Test shall be conducted for all eligible Nominees.)
Application received with incomplete information will be disqualified.

The nomination form can be downloaded from http://www.ntioman.com/bizpro.shtml. The hard copy of the duly filled nomination form can be couriered to the
address provided below. Alternatively, the soft copies of the filled nomination forms can be emailed to AE-FmMCTAwards@kpmg.com

Submissions made after this date will not be accepted.

publish the names of companies, organisations or individuals that have not won the Award. NTI/KPMG will not reproduce any information from the entries. All information will remain confidential.
The decision of the KPMG Panel will be final.
