Thave been assured by the Director, Health Care Funding, that she met all
the Billing Officers in all Government hospitals reminding them that “EU
Permanent Residents are exempt persons and thus they should not need
to produce such payslips at all, but their non-expired document
Permanent Resident since the residency card indicating permanent
residence is in itself a document which indicates entitlement”.
