I. Conclusions

The following summaries and conclusions were drawn based on the strength of the data
presented in Access, Quality and Governance and the significance on the target goal of Otto Lingue
National High School every year and how the 3 pillars of education provide impact on the overall
transformation into a sustainable and outstanding school.

Access:
Teachers play important roles in decreasing the number of students who are retained
as well as the cases of students dropping out. These were so because at the mediate
interaction and remediation. Facilities such as science and computer laboratories are deemed
useful in supplementing the concepts learned from books and have the students experience a
hands- on approach to the said concepts and theories.
Quality:
The quality of education depends primarily on the efficiency of teachers and the
availability of materials. There is also a significant difference on teachers who are not
teaching their area of specialization, as well as the qualification of the school head.

Governance:
The School Improvement Plan enables the school and its stakeholders to set future
goals and projects. The strong ties between the school and the community played a vital role
in the realization of 50% of the projected plans from the SIP.
