Dear Friends and Colleagues,

On behalf of the Indonesian Orthopaedic Association, it is my

great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 68th
Continuing Orthopaedic Education (COE) which will be held
on April 1-4, 2020 in the Singhasari Resort, Batu, Malang.

The theme of the conference will be ‘Put the Best Foot

Forward’. This meeting will provide every attendee a great
opportunity to update the current concepts in foot and ankle
problems. There will be numerous lectures, symposium,
workshops, case discussion delivered by outstanding
international and national faculties.

We trully hope you visit and enjoy Malang, the picturesque

city of East Java Province. Malang is a great place to visit
anytime of the year as it’s not only renowned for its culture as
spirit of Java, but the city also offers many attractions and
cullinaries well worth a visit.

Dear esteemed colleagues,

On behalf of the organizing committee, it gives me great

pleasure to welcome you at one of the most anticipated
Orthopaedic scientific meeting, the 68th Continuing
Orthopaedic Education (COE) to be held in Singhasari
Resort, Batu - Malang on April 1-4, 2020

The selected theme is "Put the Best Foot Forward".

International and national well-known speakers will
contribute on the scientific session. We also kindly invite
you to submit your abstract to be presented at Paper
and Poster Presentation Sessions.

This upcoming COE is designed as plasticless and

paperless event, therefore, the 68th COE will be
regarded as the first environment-friendly national
medical event by MURI (Museum Rekor - Dunia
Indonesia).

We are looking forward to seeing you and don't hesitate

to bring your family as well, as we have prepared a
special social program to be joined by the whole family
member.

INFORMATION

Entitlements
Registered participant are entitled to admission to
all scientific sessions including exhibition, scheduled
coffee breaks as well as lunches, and gala dinner.

Registration method
All scientific regitstrants, including those presenting
free paper must register as full participant and pay
the relevant registration fees.

Notification email will be sent after committee

confirm the payment (max 24 hours after payment).

To register, complete the registration form, capture it

and confirm to haloCOE whatsapp / email. You can
also register by website starting on Januari 5, 2020.

Payment method can be through bank transfer. For

more information please contact haloCOE or by
email.

Cancellation Policy
Written notification of cancellation
must be received by the 68th COE
secretariat before March 1, 2020

INFORMATION

On-Site Registration
Those who have not registered in advance may register
at on-site registration desk. No refund will be made for
on-site registration fees.

Special Room Rate

Hotel room at special congress rate are being held for
the congress participants, all rates are already package
including breakfast. Reservation must be made trough
the congress secretariat to guarantee the indicated
rate negotiated for the congress.

Hotel Reservation
Hotel room availability, is on "FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
BASIS". The committee reserves the night to place
participants at another hotel with similiar standards in
the event that rooms are no longer available at the
hotel selected by the participant. Hotel reservations
can be made by filling out the Accomodation Form or
via web-registration.

Full payment is required and should

be paid before March 15, 2020.

Cancellation Policy of Hotel Registration

1. Written cancellation notification for hotel reservation

is required BEFORE January 31, 2020
2. Cancellation after January 31st 2020 - no refund is
eligible
3. The organizing committee has the full authorization
to CANCEL one or more rooms if full payment has
not been received at the least March 15, 2020 with
the written notice beforehand.
