Often you’ll nd at least one of these three toxic ingredients:
 1. lycopene
 2. beta sitosterol
 3. saw palmetto
So let’s take a look at ingredient number 1.
LYCOP ENE.
Lycopene is in many of the top-rated prostate supplements:
We get enough lycopene by eating ketchup and tomato sauce. In small amounts, it’s healthy. It’s like using hot
sauce. A little goes a long way.
But in larger amounts, lycopene can really hurt you.
For example, in one study, rats fed lycopene were found to have weird male hormone levels. Very weird.
Especially a ecting the prostate.
Testosterone levels for these rats fed lycopene were 50% below normal. 50% below normal levels of testosterone.
Think about that…
And these rats weren’t given tons of lycopene. They were given the human equivalent doses found in many
supplements.
And in a human study, men who had diabetes ate more lycopene than other men. This doesn’t prove lycopene
causes diabetes.
But the tie between lycopene, diabetes, and lower testosterone is suspicious.
I believe men are healthier with high testosterone levels -- and I’m not willing to risk lowering mine by taking
potentially dangerous supplemental amounts of lycopene.

Lycopene is not the only testosterone-killing culprit used in many prostate supplements.
ANOTHER INGREDIENT IS THE COMMON SUP P LEMENT CALLED BETA

SITOSTEROL.
At rst glance, beta sitosterol seems like a great prostate supplement.
However, it turns out that it is quite estrogenic. In fact, beta sitosterol is what’s known as a phyto-estrogen.
Why would a man want to have more estrogen if it makes testosterone levels fall?
Even more shocking is this important study, where beta sitosterol was shown to lower the production of sperm.
And chemicals such as beta sitosterol are shown in another study to dramatically lower the rats’ testosterone
levels.
It may have some bene t, like lycopene does, in natural quantities found in food, but for me it’s not worth the
testosterone lowering e ects.
I’m not going to jeopardize my health and testosterone levels by taking beta sitosterol supplements. But what of
that very common supplement...
HOW ABOUT SAW PALMETTO?
Same problem: both beta sitosterol and saw palmetto are phyto-estrogens.
Think of the word “estrogen”...
Phyto-estrogens may not be the healthiest thing for men to consume outside of the small amounts we get in
ordinary food.
And yet all three -- lycopene, beta sitosterol, and saw palmetto -- are the heart of all other prostate supplements
that I’ve seen....
SO WHEN I WAS HAVING P ROSTATE P ROBLEMS AND LOOKING FOR AN

ANSWER, I KNEW I DIDN’T WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH LYCOP ENE,
BETA SITOSTEROL, AND SAW PALMETTO.
I ended up with something pretty sweet, better than hotcakes at a church social as we say here where I’m from.

So I set up appointments with the best docs and I’m ying around the country and I put together this spreadsheet
showing what I’m nding.
And there are 5 di erent treatments they recommend. So I chase each of the 5 treatments down, and you know
what?
I’m nding all sorts of bad, all sorts of bad, with the 5 treatments. So let me tell you what each of them is, and let
you make up your own mind.
#1. FINASTERIDE AND/OR DUTASTERIDE

This is what I was constantly hearing from doctors all across town…
Almost every single one of them tells me that I need to go on Finasteride or Dutasteride.
And after asking these docs why it’s the most popular thing that they all recommend, they just say it’s because I
could possibly grow my hair back when using them.
Growing my hair back AND xing that there prostate problem? Sounds like a deal mister.
But then I discovered something that made me take a step back... here’s what this here younger feller had to say
about Finasteride and/or Dutasteride:
"Seven years ago i was an athlete in top shape.
Then i took a few pills of Propecia/Finasteride and one morning woke up and went to the
restroom.
Noticing that my penis felt like a limp noodle and i could barely urinate...it sort of dribbled out and
i couldn't push it at all."
And I found similar stories all across the web, so I thought I’ll move on to the next thing that these doctors said
had great results!
#2: AROMATASE - THE ESTROGEN AMP LIFIER

Doctors were nodding and telling me about how this Aromatase thing is the second best treatment for prostate
issues.
So I went investigating and here’s what I discovered:
Apparently, this here aromatase enzyme creates the feminine hormone - estrogen.
Estrogen is that womanly stu -- it makes their breasts larger and plump and adds a bit of fat in the right places…
...so you could say that curvy ladies have plenty of estrogen.
So that got me thinking - why in the world would I want more estrogen?
I don’t want something that’s meant for ladies...
And aromatase doesn't stop there.
Aromatase attacks your balls -- shutting down those goldmines of new testosterone.
And some men end up with more estrogen than a lady. Holy cow.
My friend Eugene didn’t know he had high estrogen and his marriage almost fell apart, because you see Eugene
just couldn’t please his wife anymore…
...and no matter what he did, nothing worked. He just didn’t know it was all because of this estrogen thing.
And it’s very hard to get rid of this estrogen, because your chest starts expanding and you gain weight and it’s just
horrible for a man really.
So I kept nagging these here doctors to give me more options, and they did:
#3: TAMSULOSIN (FLOMAX) - THE LOAD DRYER

They say third time’s the charm, right?
Well, let me tell you that I didn’t have to spend a lot of time with this one.
All it took was a few hours on the computer to gure out what happens to men on Tamsulosin.
Now, let me tell you that I have a shooting range out back and I love to shoot my .45 at stacked up cans or put
some holes into my old rusted up Chevy…
...and if you ever shot a gun in your life, you know how it feels when you pull the trigger, expecting that BANG, but
all you hear is a click.
Well that’s Tamsulosin for you.
You see, Tamsulosin dries up a man’s ammunition so when he comes nothing comes out - maybe a drop or two.
So just imagine the feeling of shooting the most pleasurable, toe-curling load in the bedroom and getting none of
the pleasure whatsoever…
What’s the point in that?
And I like shooting loads in the bedroom more than I love shooting my .45, so there’s no way I’m sporting a gun
with no ammo.
So Tamsulosin is not an option for me as a man.
But I still need to x my prostate problems somehow. Is there another option?
Again, I go back to these doctors, most of the sta already know me as I walk through the doors…
...I’m telling these doctors that these here pills they’re suggesting are going to end my bedroom life faster than
they’re gonna x my peeing problems.
So these docs, they take a di erent approach and they start talking about these fancy procedures where they x
the prostate problems with one appointment.
And after explaining a bit about these complicates procedures, the doc hands me 2 lea ets with information.
I take the pamphlets home and start reading.
The rst lea et says “T.U.R.P. procedure”
#4: THE TURP P ROCEDURE

Now according to the shit-eating grin having doctor on the lea et, the way this “simple and painless” surgery
takes place is they insert a device called a resectoscope through the tip of your penis…
...and that device goes all the way down into the tube that carries urine from your bladder.
This is what a resectoscope looks like:
It goes up the whole length of your member and even beyond that.
Now I remember how scared shitless I was back in my military days, sitting in line at the in rmary with a bunch of
my buddies, all waiting for a compulsory genital examination.
As scared as I was back then, it was nothing compared to the TURP procedure.
Now during this TURP procedure, they cut your prostate out in little pieces and take them out, one by one. That’s
just how it works.
And here’s what one guy said after doing the TURP procedure.
“That follow up appointment was on a Thursday and come Friday morning when I urinate it appeared to be
almost all blood and pieces of scabs and blood clots. I panicked and called the o ce which was closed. I was
rerouted to a operator who said she would have the on-call doctor call me. Waited for hours and no call back.“
That lea et ew straight from my hand into the trash can…
But there was another lea et still on my table... maybe this one’s better?
As soon as I pick it up, it really gets my attention, because it’s the most advanced, space-aged sounding procedure
I had ever seen.
#5: THE SUP P OSEDLY SAFE LASER OR “GREENLIGHT” P ROCEDURE

I’ll be honest with you, I’m an old-school guy who’d rather use his hands instead of some new-fangled technology.
But this made me hit the books hard, just so I could understand these laser procedures.
And just like with most things, I like to read about what other guys who actually went through the procedure have
to say…
Here’s just some of their experiences and mind you, I was looking for success stories here...
First is Richard LLanes.
He says, “Don’t let them mess with your prostate.
“That Frankenstein urologist never told me there would be these kind of side e ects from the procedure.

e ects from the procedure. The booklet from American Medical Systems paints a picture like you
will be like youthful and healthy after the surgery. They say that maybe 30% of men may
experience retrograde ejaculation, but they never say it may be permanent. I told the urologist
that i would have never had the procedure had i known of the e ects. I am also urinating more
than i was before. This procedure should be treated like removing a female's clitoris and be
banned unless the patient is informed of all the possible things that can happen in writing. The
urologists want to make as much money as they can and surgery is the way to enrich themselves.

And another man reports that “My bladder bled out, shrunk down, lost all elasticity and died... There is no
recovery… I would never do the greenlight laser ever again...”

It looks like a bunch of pipes doesn’t it?
Well through those pipes, blood is owing and that blood is carrying nutrients and oxygen to your organs, the
penis and the prostate.

I DISCOVERED THAT AS WE GET OLDER, WE STOP ABSORBING AS

STARVING FOR OXYGEN.

The prostate is su ering what doctors call tissue hypoxia. Hypoxia is a form of oxygen starvation.
Without oxygen, the prostate becomes swollen and in amed. The penis stops lling up with blood and getting
good erections.
And down the line, it’s more likely that cancer will strike.
SO NOW THE QUESTION IS, HOW DO YOU INCREASE OXYGEN SUP P LY

TO THE P ROSTATE AND P ENIS?
Because remember: if you increase oxygen levels to the prostate and penis, all sorts of good things will happen.
And it turns out that this problem of how to increase oxygen to the prostate and penis was solved.
In 1958 to be exact.
And by a Russian medical doctor and scientist named Dr. Konstantin Buteyko.
Even though this is a communist regime, I have the greatest respect for Dr. Buteyko. He was a genius.
So when Dr. Buteyko is in medical school, he is told to monitor sick patients.
And Dr. Buteyko shocks his superiors by predicting with 100% accuracy which patients could be saved, and which
ones couldn’t.
And moreover, he predicts with 100% accuracy how long a dying patient will live.
How did Dr. Buteyko know when a patient was going to die?
HE DISCOVERED THAT VIRTUALLY ALL DEATHS ARE FROM LOW

OXYGEN -- LOW OXYGEN MEANS QUICK DEATH
And he sets his life’s work to discover how to increase oxygen supply to the tissues and maintain healthy life into
very old age.
And eventually, after the war, Dr. Buteyko earns his medical degree, gets his license, and begins teaching other
docs...
...and he never forgets what he learned watching men die in hospitals.
IT’S CALLED OXYGEN STARVATION AND IT LEADS TO MOST OF THE

P ROBLEMS WITH THE P ROSTATE, THE P ENIS, AND OTHER ORGANS.
Professor Buteyko soon realized that as we age, our tissues in our brain and or penis in a prostate begin su ering
oxygen starvation.
He developed very simple methods that would increase the oxygen that reaches tissues like the brain, the heart,
and yes, the prostate and penis.
And he found that with the method he devised, men got healthier. Instead of leaving in a casket, they left the
hospital with their families, full of piss and vinegar.
So now I’m reading about Professior Buteyko and I’m studying his work and now I know what direction I need to
go in.
I need to put the right combination of herbs and supplements together that can help support the prostate and
penis, and help the male organs get more love and more oxygen.
And I want those herbs and supplements to be safe enough for the long term, yet powerful enough to support
prostate health, so a man will grow old without worrying about his prostate.
And if the combination also promotes blood ow and oxygen to the penis, well that’s super important too.
And what I nd next is some research that nobody seems to know even exists. It’s like the universities did this
research and it fell o the face of the earth. But I nd the studies and read them.
And now I know the herbs and ingredients that will help support oxygen levels as men age and that o er great
bene ts in the bedroom...
And I am reading studies, testing them, and using them myself. I am my own guinea pig at rst, then I am testing

SO THE FIRST HERB I WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT IS SCUTELLARIA

BAICALENSIS.
And scutellaria baicalensis has a couple of chemicals in it that have been found protective against the growth of
cancer cells in mice.
It also has compounds that have been found to help with shrinking the in amed prostate as discovered by some
Chinese researchers working on mice.
And it has been shown to help prevent an in amed prostate from becoming cancerous.

Again this is research that is done on mice and rats, so they can’t say how it would work on humans.
BUT THE CHINESE HAVE BEEN USING THIS OVER 2,000 YEARS AND WE
KNOW IT’S VERY SAFE.
The Chinese emperors were totally focused on long life.
Qin Shihuang, who holds the title of China's rst emperor, reportedly proclaimed that his dynasty would last
“10,000 generations.”
Throughout his rule, Qin Shihuang was searching for eternal life.
He sent an expedition to the Eastern Sea to search for an elixir of immortality, and when that was unsuccessful,
he brought magicians into his court.
But he didn’t realize that the elixir of life may have been right under his nose all that time, because scutellaria
baicalensis grew right there in China and Russia.
Scutellaria baicalensis is easily available and has tremendous health bene ts, but the emperor was searching far
and wide, instead of looking right under his nose. Hence, he did not nd the elixir of life.
As it turns out, Emperor Qin Shihuang dies from being poisoned by a fake elixir of life that his doctors give him.
Maybe they should have given the emperor Scutellaria Baicalensis...
And in fact, years later, scutellaria baicalensis begins appearing again and becomes a part of Chinese medicine
and is now still being used today.
Scutellaria baicalensis, the golden herb from the garden of Chinese medicinal plants
And herbal Professor Baowan Lin who teaches at the University of Miami medical school says that the stu inside
scutellaria baicalensis is “strong antioxidants...anti-in ammatory, and anti-coagulation agents...and decrease
blood cholesterol”
Writings dating from the second century AD -- list scutellaria as a component of several herbal formulas used at
the time by Chinese doctors.
And scutellaria baicalensis has no known toxic dosage and has a safe record of use by Chinese doctors for
thousands of years.
Now here’s another striking thing about scutellaria baicalensis. In study after study, when they add scutellaria to
prostate cancer cells in a test tube, the cancer cells commit suicide, and no more cancer.
This is a striking nding.
Plus, in an animal study, tumors shrunk in half in just 7 weeks.
Another striking nding in favor of scutellaria baicalensis.
These researchers feel that scutellaria “may be a novel anticancer agent for the treatment of prostate cancer.”
So I thought that was one of the best things I could be doing for my prostate and maybe help my brain and heart
at the same time.
And it gets even better for scutellaria. Because a recent research team has found that scutellaria supports growth
of brain cells. Incredible.
But it wasn’t enough… During my research, I found that a lot of men don’t have enough antioxidants…
And I want the most potent antioxidant of them all, and that means selenium.
But not just any selenium. I need to add the strongest selenium I can nd to the mix.
AND THEN I DISCOVER THE NEW TYP E OF SELENIUM AND I AM BLOWN

AWAY!
So I know you have heard about selenium. We all need some selenium.
You can measure selenium by just clipping a bit of your toenail and sending it into a lab.
In one study, they measure selenium levels in men’s toenails. Guess what?
The higher selenium is in a man’s toenails, the less likely he is to have prostate problems.
Selenium is highly protective and desirable, but I found a particular type of selenium that I believe has even more
bene ts to the prostate.
A type of selenium called Selenomethionine.
Selenomethionine is a special type of selenium and in one study, researchers gave 1,000 men selenomethionine,
and another group of men didn’t get it.
In years after, the men with the selenomethionine only had 1/3 of the prostate cancers as the other group.
1/3 of the prostate cancers. That’s a huge reduction in the chances of getting prostate cancer, all from just a small
amount of selenomethionine.
In the prostate, selenomethionine enters cells and stops the prostate from producing cancerous substances,
called polyamines if you are interested in the technical stu .
I’m not saying it’s going to stop all cancer, but having this on your side may lower the chances of having prostate
problems in the rst place.
And in a rabbit study, male rabbits given selenomethionine have better sperm quality than rabbits that didn’t get
selenomethionine.
Selenomethionine may be just the ticket to really rolling back the clock in men.
So now that I have these advantages of the scutellaria and the selenomethionine, I still want to do one more thing
to help my prostate.
AND FOR THIS I DISCOVERED A VERY COMMON, YET RARELY USED

MUSHROOM.
The mushroom was discovered around 1650, by a melon grower.
The mushrooms are sprouting on his piles of fertilizer, so he decides to cultivate this new exotic delicacy
commercially and to introduce it in exclusive Parisian restaurants.
Then in 2015, The City of Hope researchers treat 36 prostate cancer patients with this mushroom powder,
assessing these men’s PSA levels' responsiveness to di erent doses of the powder and whether the men
experienced any ill e ects.
After months of daily use of the mushroom powder, 36 percent of patients experience some reduction in PSA.
...two patients experiencing a remarkable complete response, meaning their PSA levels drop to undetectable
levels.
And this is remarkable: the positive response continued for 49 and 30 months.
A phase I trial of mushroom powder in patients with biochemically recurrent prostate cancer:
roles of cytokines and myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs) for Agaricus bisporus induced
PSA responses
This isn’t the only study showing positive results from this mushroom powder.
In a recent mouse study, the powder was shown to have dramatic results in getting cancer cells and runaway
prostate growth to pull back and reduce in size.
The improvement is so dramatic, the scientists conclude that this “may aid in the prevention of prostate cancer in
men.”
And something else you should know about this dramatic and useful mushroom powder...
In most cases of prostate in ammation and prostate cancer, you notice a lot of estrogen in the prostate. Even
higher estrogen in an in amed prostate.
And that’s because the good testosterone is being converted into the bad estrogen. You see this in most prostate
in ammations, this nasty level of high estrogen.
So, maybe if we can slow down the conversion of helpful testosterone into nasty estrogen, we can have a
healthier prostate. That’s how it worked in a recent rabbit study.
And yes, it turns out that prostate in ammation is associated with too much conversion of testosterone into
estrogen.
So, excessive estrogen conversion is really part and parcel of prostate cancer. And this mysterious mushroom
powder may be a great answer to this problem.
Because this mushroom powder lowers the conversion of testosterone into estrogen -- a double whammy in
favor of this mysterious powder.
In test tube studies, mushrooms lowered estrogen levels in cancer cells and stop their growth.
Not only that. This mysterious mushroom powder just keeps on giving: it lowers cholesterol levels and lowers
high liver enzymes and lowers blood sugar in rats in one excellent study. Imagine the power in that!
So now you know why this mushroom powder is de nitely something I want in my “prostate solution”.
And now that my prostate is bathing in all that mysterious mushroom love, I need something that will continue to
protect and nurture prostate health and I think I found it.
THERE’S BEEN A LOT OF STUDY ON VITAMIN E, BUT MOSTLY IT’S BEEN

THE WRONG TYP E OF VITAMIN E.
Now, vitamin E is a great way to ght harmful free radicals.
You may remember that free radicals are runaway chemicals created in cells that can wreak havoc in the body.
So we use vitamin E as a way to get rid of harmful free radicals.
But a particular type of vitamin E does a lot more than ght these harmful free radicals.
This di erent type of vitamin E helps to ght the additional in ammatory chemicals called cyclooxygenase
enzymes.
That may not sound all that sexy. But the cyclooxygenase enzymes lead to prostate in ammation.
