ABSTRACT

Meaning of the influence is the power to have an effect on people or things, or a person or
thing that is able to do this or to affect or change how someone or something develops,
behaves, or thinks. Influence effectiveness is partly a function of the skill with which the
influencer uses an influence technique.
.The term paper focused on influence shows that there are some associated with influence
effectiveness. These skills fall into four categories: communication and reasoning,
assertiveness, interpersonal, and interactive. In broadly an influencer have (i) Communication
and Reasoning Skills that combined of Logical reasoning, Finding creative alternatives,
Speaking conversationally, Conveying energy and enthusiasm and Listening. (ii)
Assertiveness Skills based on Asserting, Persisting, Behaving self-confidently, Behaving
authoritatively, Using a compelling tone of voice, Using assertive non-verbals and Using
authority without appearing heavy handed (iii) Interpersonal Skills would be like as Being
friendly and sociable with strangers, Showing genuine interest in others, Having insight into
what others value, Being sensitive to others’ feelings, Building rapport and trust, Building
close relationships, Supporting and encouraging others and (iv) Interaction Skills should be
like as Convincing people to help you influence others, Resolving conflicts and
disagreements among others, Building consensus, Taking the initiative to show others how to
do things, Bargaining or negotiating, Willingness to ask others for favors and Willingness to
do favors for others.
I think, S. M. Shuhel does not have all skills but he has something special, for the why he
influenced me.

Introduction

In whole life, at once, every man be influenced by someone. I am not exceptional, I have
been influenced by a man for more and more times. His name is S. M. Shuhel. When I talk to
someone about him I always become speechless because his personalities. He is so much
high ambitious but dead speaker, he looks not like a prince but his sense of hummer is
superb.

His another most superior power is he makes a man unhappy in one second and makes a man
happy in Nano second. For this case people can’t determine that he is good or bad as well as
me. I think his good and bad qualities are equal and that’s why sometimes seems him
mysterious. He is well known among his friends for his leadership qualities.

There is a lot of difference between his childhood and his present. In his childhood, he was
very restless but now he is restful. This man is very friendly and helps to the poor people. He
reads a lot of books like as fictional and research basis and he grateful to his creator.

As an elder son, he takes all responsibilities to his parents and also plays a different role as a
father. This man is my elder brother and he is the most influencer of my life. I think, he
always knows the ending that is where I start and it’s the best key of his to influence me.

Objectives

If someone are not taking advantage of Influencer, he is missing out on a huge opportunity to
increase his life awareness, so grow your following and increase your engagement. Once you
have understood the power on Influencer in life, then you need to ask the following questions,

 What is your goal?

 Who are the right partners for your life?

 How can you integrate and optimize your goals?

 How much does it cost?

 How do you maintain transparency?

 How do you measure the success?

So we can tell that the major objective of influencer is be motivated and achieve the moral of
life.

Life

The truth is, we all face hardships of some kind and

you never know the struggles a person is going
through. Behind every smile, there's a story of a
personal struggle. The Internal Struggle Men Battle in
Silence. S. M. Shuhel born in a middle class family
and he passed his early life against some bad
environment.

Early life and background

S. M. Shuhel born on 7 July 1983 in Ganakpara village in Bogura District.

His mother, Mst. Kulsum Begum, is a retired assistant primary school teacher. His father,
Md. Bazlul Karim, is also a retired assistant primary school teacher. His brother is Sharif Md.
Abu Sufian Sykot and Sister is Ismat Ara.
He spent his childhood in Bogra district after that he spent his life various district of
Bangladesh.

Education and early career

S. M. Shuhel studied at Ganakpara primary School. He passed the SSC examination from
Gangnagar A M High School in 1998. After then he passed HSC from Govement Nazir-
Aktar Collage, Sonatala, Bogura and earned his bachelor's and master's in Physics from the
National University. He joined as a lecturer (Physics) at Uttara Public School And Collage, in
2019. After left his lecturer professional he joined As a Labour Inspector (General), in 2013,
Ministry Of Labour And Employment, Bangladesh.

Personal life

S. M. Shuhel Married to Fahana in 2013 and together they had one daughter, Nir and one son
Ether.

Influencer

As a man S. M. Shuhel is a very diplomatic person and a reviewer. He can do manage any
serious situation in eye wink. For example in 2012 on Eid-Ul-Adha, he can’t reach to home
within on Eid day, my father got so angry about his attitude and I am also worried but when
he came to our home after eid day my father became happy, no one doesn’t knows what’s the
conversation was between father and son.

As a motivator I will share a true story that’s from my life. In 2010 I was depressed about
my HSC result and bachelor admission test. I could not get admission anywhere. Suddenly
my brother call me over cell phone and he said me “Look, the Australian cricket team can
turn around many times in the second innings, and you can also”. After that I am so
inspired and try to more. He always says me, be sincere your job, be patient, be ethical and
never misunderstand about your family, they will be always with you, what you are.

As an instructor, he never spoke to me in bad language. In one my vacation I was at my

home, during that time, I returned to my bed room at 10pm because of I was chatting with my
friends. After coming to my room my brother says to me “Everyone will enjoy the
consequence of his actions” then I was shocked. My every action he looks carefully and
gives better direction than others.

As a critic, For the first time when I was failed in viva-voce in the MBA admission test at
BUP then, he said to me carry on. And second time again I was failed, then he says, you
can't and in third times I can do it.

As a friend and guardian, In my childhood I was playing cricket and watching movie with
his and he gives me extra protection after my parents.

Anyway, after his office time, his main task is how to keep busy to his younger brother by the
simplest work.

Lesson

After analysis to S. M. Shuhel I learn flowing lesson,

i. It possible turn around after failed.

ii. Never misunderstand about your family, they will be always with you, what you are.

iii. Everyone will enjoy the consequence of his actions.

iv. Keep your patient until success.

v. Never give up at the last moment.

Conclusion

The relationship of brotherhood can be filled with great love but also hate, but my brother is
my only best friend and here is no friend like my brother and no one can replace him.
