Instructions
• Use as a fire-fighting foam only. Not for any other purpose.
• For recommended application rates and equipment consult National Foam.
• Do not mix with any other type or brand of foam liquid or otherwise contaminate. To
do so may reduce or negate effectiveness and will void warranty.
• Store within temperature range shown above. When not in use, keep container
tightly closed at all times and away from heat, flame, or cold temperatures.
• Refer to National Foam Product Data Sheet, SDS and Engineering Manual for
product information.
• Inspect contents at least every 12 months. Samples may be sent to National Foam’s
Technical Service Department. Consult representative for details.
• Prevent foam concentrate or foam solution from entering ground water, surface
water, or storm drains. Discharge and disposal of concentrate or foam solution
should be made in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Do not reuse container. After use, dispose of empty container in accordance with
applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

Notice to Customer/User
This product can be a highly effective aid in the suppression and control of the hazards of fire when
used in accordance with NF’s instructions. However, since NF has no control over the Customer’s or
User’s use of the product, its application rate, application technique, selection of application equipment
and maintenance of same, and the many variables associated with fire, hazards to be protected, etc., NF
cannot and does not warrant that this product will suppress or extinguish any fire. Customer/User should
be aware that dilution, contamination with any other substance, or storage outside the recommended
storage temperature range shown on this label may render this product ineffective for its intended use.
Refer to NF data sheets and bulletins for information on shelf life and storage requirements. Before using,
Customer/User shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and user assumes all risk
and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither Seller nor NF shall be liable in tort or in contract
for any loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of or the inability to use
this product.
