Introduction:

Prevention is the most important factor that everyone ought to consider. It must be the

most prioritize thing because we are only given one chance to live, there is a saying that “You

only live once” and once your life has been taken you will never can take it back. One of the

most critical point is during the existence of fire. Fire safety and preparation is one of the

significances in prevention of fire in every infrastructure for the safety and protection of the

everyone inside of said infrastructure. A fire must be extinguished straight away before it spreads

to flammable areas.

The researchers use to conduct this study because personally they had experienced the

benefits of Fire Alarm and Detection System (FDAS). They believe that FDAS can save a life in

every infrastructure by detecting unwanted combustion that will alert every individual inside of

their residence and prevent the possible effect after and evacuate immediately

Included in this study is the gathered information that the researchers collected to help

every commercial and residential areas to understand the basic information of fire systems and

benefits of safety precaution to households and offices. The researchers believed that this study

could contribute to avoid ignition of fire and saves life of person inside of infrastructures.

Using Fire Alarm and Detection System (FDAS) is the safety first for residential area and to

encourage other branch of residential areas to use Fire Alarm and Detection System (FDAS)

because Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) is requiring to use Fire Alarm and Detection System
and other residential areas and to sure the client and other customers is safe and the facilities is in

good condition and qualities and to make sure of the safety of every facilities every 3 months

they calling a maintenance to check every Fire Alarm, Water Sprinkler, and others to maintain

the good condition and to ensure the device is all working
