Dear Mrs. Calison,

I am writing this letter on behalf of the entire Grade 11 E.I.M. and Housekeeping to express my heartfelt
apologies for all the commotion which we caused on 24th day of September 2018. The exhaustion
probably went in our heads and we lost the ethics and etiquettes of how to behave in a classroom
especially if there’s no teacher around.

Please give us second chance, because we are terribly tired and forced to go down because of the heat
on the deck. The way you see us at the room where there is a one student lying down on the floor is
because he just recently played on a badminton game and extremely tired. Also, it’s our mistake that we
change the position of the table so that we can feel the freshness of air conditioner. To be honest, when
you saw us, the room is clean and not messy. We always clean our room before we go and that’s why
we are sad and downhearted when you said that we didn’t respect the classroom.

Your decision that we will not go to that classroom anymore make us feel how disgraceful we were to
you. We are extremely sorry and I assure you that we will try to behave in the way we are supposed to
behave. We will do our best to win your heart and faith back and shall prove to be the best students
from Guzman College of Science and Technology that you ever had.

I hope that you pardon us this time considering this as a childish mistake and we assure you that we
shall behave like a matured students.

Yours faithfully,

Ace Brian C. Laraño
