In behalf of the English Department, we offer our best effort in this institution as we are
going to celebrate the English week this coming October 10, 11, & 12, 2018. This letter
serves as an informative and request for approval from your good office and later on an
event that will be remembered and appreciated especially by the students.

This event is based on the interest of the student particularly in English. The main goal of
this event is to provide a fun opportunity to broaden their knowledge and to interact with
other students who have a shared interest in English. These are the following competition
