Sir:

I am writing to apply as an English Faculty Instructor in your esteemed academic institution. Mrs.
Didith P. Brown, the Chairperson of the Department of Languages and Literature, has told me that you
need one. I am very much interested in any available teaching post and felt that my skills and
experiences would make me a great asset to your institution.

In connection with this, I am detailing my qualifications that deem fit for the job vacancy:
 A cum laude graduate with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in English at Central Mindanao
University, Musuan, Bukidnon last April 2013, has finished a Certificate of Teaching Program
(18 units of Education Courses) at Xavier University- Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro
City, and a candidate for Master of Arts in Teaching English at Father Saturnino Urios
University, Butuan City;
 A Civil Service Eligible (Professional) achieved last April 2013, a Board for Licensure
Examination for Teachers passer last March 2017, and a holder of Aptis English Proficiency
Certificate given last March 2017;
 Equipped with five- year experience as an English teacher, active debater and adjudicator, and
an extemporaneous speech trainer; and,
 Abreast of the knowledge of the subject matter through seminars, training, and conferences.

My sense of leadership, generation of student participation, events hosting and organization, beauty
pageant training, and adaptability have been well- upheld from experiences that have further
awakened my eagerness for valued reforms in the academe. Relatively, my competence, passion, and
optimism towards work and people are some of my attributes in being an asset in the institution.
