ASPIN PHAMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING AREA VISIT

OBSERVATIONS
1- Change room of manufacturing area should have proper lockers with
locks and keys alongside with proper exhaust system. (Male change
room of manufacturing area).
2- No locker should be inside of the manufacturing area for any reason
whatsoever. (Placed in corridor b/w liquid and cream manufacturing)
3- Lights and all the electrical switches should be aligned with the false
ceiling and walls surface respectively. (Whole Area)
4- The False ceiling in all areas should be at same height, height of 8’-6” or
9’-0” can be considered optimum. Moreover existing false ceiling is
damaged at various locations.
5- Epoxy work needs to be redone; also the epoxy work repair is not
satisfactory. (Manufacturing corridor patches repairs)
6- Aluminum type material transfer should be removed and other better
options can be considered like dynamic pass box is one of them.
7- All the vertical drop down of electrical and compressed air lines should
be exactly perpendicular to the ceiling surface, right on top of the
machine or desired location (for new areas utilities must be installed
after the machine placement)
8- Zero dead lag valves needs to be installed, also the water flow direction
from the valve should be parallel to the gravitational force.
9- Proper sinks (liquid manufacturing and cream manufacturing)
10- All the working desks in the manufacturing areas should be Horizontal to
curve and tapered type.
11- All the fire sprinklers should be placed with optimum distance so that No
two sprinklers throw overlap with each other.
Moreover the installed location of sprinklers should be in such a way that
the sprinklers throw is right over the plane of the covered area.
Only the Sprinkler heads should be visible in the area, no pipes.
12- Correction in paint work is required. (Painters needs to be hired)
13- Manufacturing areas area without the provision of separate material and
personnel flow.
14- All areas should have their proper drawings mounted at their entrance.

15- MS Ring of cream vessel tank replaced to SS.

16- Holes in the doors on liquid manufacturing gate must be filled.

17- Cladding issues of DI water lines

OBSERVATIONS
1. Male change room return grill is dirty.
2. Male change room door lever issues.
3. Proper door closers in both packaging and manufacturing (Hi-Worth).
4. Blister packaging material de-cartoning issues.
5. Manual Packaging area space utilization. (Cartners must be shifted there)
6. Vacant space utilization in all the packaging area, mostly backside areas.
