application process and is licensed to use the ECITB Technical Training Standards.

2.3 Are the learners and trainers supported by basic
office and administration facilities?
Equipment: Telephones, Fax machines,
photocopiers, scanning facilities, printers - mono and
colour, lamination equipment, secure filing and
storage, etc
Record keeping: Is there a designated responsible
person? How will this be done? Paper/electronic? Are
there systems in place already? Is there secure
storage of adequate size for records to be archived?
Where is it?
Reference Materials: Does the applicant have
reference materials to support the proposed training
scheme(s). Where are they? Do learners have
access to these as well as staff?
