Keeping your body healthy is very important.

One of the best ways to keep healthy is to eat a
balanced diet. This means eating enough fruit,
vegetables, meat, and other kinds of healthy food.
A healthy diet gives your body the vitamins and
nutrients that it needs to be strong. Exercise is
another great way to keep healthy. It helps your
body and brain to work well so that you can feel great and think
quickly. Good sleep is also needed for good health. You should sleep
for at least eight hours every night. If you do, you won’t forget things
easily or feel tired during the day. You also won’t get sick as often.
4
Extensive Reading

Try to break bad habits like eating junk food and staying up
late. Junk food and sweets taste good, but they are bad for your
teeth and body. Staying up late can be fun, but you will get sick
more often. You will be happier and healthier if you eat a balanced
diet, exercise daily, and get plenty of sleep.
