History: - This detailed estimate amounting Rs 32,93,613/-( Rupees thirty two lack ninety three
thousand six hundred thirteen only ) including 5 % contingencies been framed to cover the probable
cost of above mentioned work to accord technical sanction of the competent authority.

Detailed estimate has been prepared to full fill requirement of plumbing fittings, carpentry items and
other building materials for day to day maintenance work at AIIMS Bhopal.

Design & Scope

The estimate has been framed based on the availability of materials at ABEU stores and to prevent
any hampering in day to day maintenance work due to non availability of the materials.

Specifications: Civil: The work shall be carried out as per CPWD specifications.

Rate : Civil: DSR 2019 and Market rates .

Cost : Rs 32,93,613/-( Rupees thirty two lack ninety three thousand six hundred thirteen only )
including 5 % contingencies

T&P : No special T & P required
