Write down two things about yourself that nobody else in the class knows. Then share.

Extract N° 7
Discuss the questions:

 Why does Auggie wish it could be Halloween every day?

 In Wonder, Auggie was judged by his appearance by many of the other characters until
they got to know him. Can you think of other characters from books and films who are
judged by their appearance?

 Choose a couple of the most well-known characters that you have suggested. What
happens when people in these stories look beyond these characters’ appearance and
see who they are on the inside?

At home, look for images in newspapers or magazines in which you can see bullying situations.

In class work on the campaign: “STOP BULLYING”, preparing posters and leaflets to share with
all the students at school.
