Introduction
Dear Max Aigner,

Wadoo. is a product design agency providing bespoke UX design solutions to brands in many industries.
Our team of UX designers will perform the critical research and analysis necessary for successful UX in
your product, and develop cohesive UX strategies that allow you to become a product-driven
organization.
This document is a mobile app design proposal, based on our previous discussion of your goal to develop
a website for XR Hub. On the following pages, you will find a tentative schedule for designing and
developing a web site and pricing for our services. After you’ve reviewed the proposal, feel free to

Business Tasks
After meeting with you, we identified the main business tasks of the XR Hub website that we must solve
by creating the best user experience prototypes, user interface design and development.
The XR Hub needs to establish the user experience of the website so that their users become engaged
with and loyal to them.

The goal of the website is to help the company:

. Improve brand perception by reflecting the company focus on technology and design .
Create brand awareness and make the website the first source of new Startups

To achieve those objectives, our team will be in charge of:

Make Bavaria visible and strengthen it as the leading international centre for X-Reality in terms of
research, development, application and distribution
Combine three offices together: Munich, Nuremberg and Wurzburg
Promoting XR's location in Bavaria nationally and internationally, with communications, news, or
interesting facts about the XR ecosystem in Bavaria
Redesigning and building the consumer website following the structure and brief.
Building a standard page design template to be used by the marketing team when adding new
content
Selecting a Content Management System that can be easily operated after the project ends
Training the marketing team to update the content without support

The final deliverable for this project will be a fully functional website.

Our Process
Wadoo.’s UX design and development process follow industry standards. Each project is completed in
seven key phases:
Research
Prototype
Design
Front-End Development
Back-End Development
Testing and Bug fixing
Deployment and Launch

Phase 1: Research

The design of the website should appeal to the audience, so we study their behaviour, needs and
motivation. In this phase, we use a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods to
identify the following:
Key users and their demographic criteria
The needs that your product meets for your users
The goals which your users rely on your product to meet
The user experience offered by your competitors
This phase is critical to a successful UX strategy, as it provides the baseline data that will drive all design
decisions. Also, in terms of development, this stage includes specifications writing, backlog creation and
setting up the development environment.

Phase 2: Prototype

The next step in the workflow is to create a prototype and develop the user experience. During this
stage, we structure our ideas so that users of the product are comfortable working with it. Navigation
inside the website should be smooth and logical, and the transition from one step to another –
imperceptible.
The prototype process may include several iterations. Hacking prototypes of the website from one
iteration to another to create the best possible UX may take longer than it seems. But a careful
prototype approach saves your budget. The reason is that having prototypes on hand by the time the
project goes to the development stage, the team will have a holistic structure necessary to work on
specific functions.
In this phase, we create a UX strategy and functional prototypes that can be tested and deployed,
including:
UX strategy and user flows. We will create a flow chart visualizing how users interact with your
website and its features.
Design Low-fidelity wireframes for review and approval by the XR Hub team. We will create Low-
fidelity wireframes of the website’s various pages and menus to develop a structure that will serve
as the basis for prototypes.
Functional design prototypes for user testing. We will create an interactive mockup that will mimic
the UX of the final website to demonstrate how users will interact with the final version.

If the website design – a solution to the problems, the visual design – is communication which tells
about the product to the user moving from one screen to another.

All components and layers are named, sorted, and combined into Sketch files. Each screen and
component is made high-quality in vector and easy to customize.

Phase 4: Front-End Development

At the current stage, we make data alive in the browser. The frontend developer will convert a beautiful
UI design from image to code. Will make design fully responsible and adaptive to any kind of modern
device or browser.

Phase 5: Back-End Development

At this stage, all the magic happens. We will set up a Content Management System for your website,
connect it with a layout and make the site manageable and editable via CMS. Also, the backend
developer will integrate the website with all the required external services.

Phase 6: Testing and Bug fixing

The final stage involves testing and other QA activities. Our QA specialists will do their best to find all the
gaps and bugs in the website and will make developers fix them asap. Also, we will conduct cross-
browsing testing in order to be sure that the website looks perfect on any browser and any modern
device.

Phase 7: Deployment and Launch

Finally, we will deploy the website on the production hosting and make sure that everything works fine and
we are ready to host the first users. Our specialists could help you to push the updated website to
Google's search engine and create video tutorials for your team on how to use the admin panel effectively.
The final stage involves testing and other QA activities. Our QA specialists will do their best to find all the
gaps and bugs in the website and will make developers fix them asap. Also, we will conduct cross-
browsing testing in order to be sure that the website looks perfect on any browser and any modern device.

Work on tight timelines and fixed budgets €8,000.00

We can work with short deadlines and a fixed budget, but for this, we need to remove some
stages of development. We will reduce the amount of time spent researching and will only do
Low-fidelity Wireframes to approve the structure of the website. Designing additional pages,
such as pop-ups, error page, will be minimized and automated at the Front-End stage. At the
Front-End and Back-End stages, the use of animation and complex technical practices is not
intended. Simple animation effects and free plugins will be used.
