1.Modify the login password

1.1.How to modify Eye4 account login password

1, click “ Setup ” , then click “Modify password” ,

2. Click “Modify Password “, then pop-up a dialog named “ Modify password “, input the original password to modify
Eye4 account password. As shown below.

2. Retrieve the login Password
【Note; PC client can not retrieve the user account, if you forget the account number, please re-apply for registration
account】

2.1 In the login interface, click Recover to enter the retrieve password interface, input the Email
address to get the verification code, then click next, the mailbox will appear a verification code.
Note: Delay may occur, please wait.

2.2 enter the verification code and enter the new password ,Click Next to retrieve the Eye4 client login password.
【Special characters are not allowed, such as # ¥% & *, etc.】

3. How to upgrade the Eye4 client

3.1. Click “ Setup ” , then click “Check for newer version” ,

3.2. If there is newer version, please upgrade,
Click the “check” button to check the latest client version, and upgrade to the latest
Eye4 version.
[Note: must upgrade in network status]

4. Add a camera
4.1 Adding a camera: Click [Add camera] to add, or click the “+” sign is to add, click the “-“ sign
is to delete, after adding the camera for the first time, the [Add Camera in the upper corner
disappears ,is replaced by the camera list

4.2 You can manually enter the UID, click [UID],can also automatically search add.
【Note: use local area network to search, cameras, computers, routers must be in the same LAN, the external
network can not use the LAN search method】

5. How to modify the camera name
5.1 How to modify the camera name: modify in the name bar. [Special characters are not allowed].

6. Modify the camera password

6.1 As shown below, click the [Modify Password],

6.2 The password consists of letters and numbers, special characters are not allowed,
such as &**, password modification limit is 16 digits. More than invalid.

7. How to set the Flip Image

7.1. Click to tick [Flip Image], enable it, So that the image can flip.

8. How to set WiFi connection
8.1. How to set wifi connection: click on the “ set wifi “ , as shown below,

8.2. Click on “ search signals “, choose a strong and usage one.

8.3. Click on Set, enter Wifi password , click OK. Unplug the network cable when the
camera restarts.
【Note】 WiFi configuration can be set in the LAN can also be set in the external network, LAN set up after the
unplug the cable, the external network does not affect the settings, the camera will automatically search to the
WiFi signal nearby.

9. How to set Date & Time Synchronization

9.1 Click the settings pinion, the icon , AS shown below.

9.2. Click on Camera parametersGetDate &time, choose Time Zone,Click to
tick Sync with NTP Server, NTP server select windows.save,
Note: According to the actual situation of different countries, select the corresponding urban areas, this function
is related to the SD card time calibration accuracy.

10. How to enable Alarm

10.1 Click the settings pinion, the icon , AS shown below.

Note: if does not click to enable the alarm setting, this feature invalided.

10.2. Click on camera parametersGetAlarmCheck to enable the Alarm triggers, enable
Detect Sensitivity,(the smaller the value, the more sensitive)Click Apply and OK

11. How to set Alarm Conditions

11.1 Click the settings pinion, the icon , AS shown below.

11.2.Click on Alarmingclick on to tick Enable Alarmclick Add,
【Note】 This feature is the client-side local motion detection video capture, save the computer client
installation folder, in the system settings to find the file location. Support for remote camera to set this function]

11.3. Click on Add, then appear the foll0wing picture, You can Select to

set in the Add Alarm Schedule.

12. How to view the Alarm Log

12.1 click the Alarm option,

12.2. Click Search key and click in the list of recording to view.

13. How to set SD card record

13.1 Click the settings pinion, the icon , AS shown below.

13.2 Camera ParametersSD Card Format GetClick to tick Record With24 hr.

Note: 1. If you can not detect the capacity after inserting the card, click "Format".
2. If not, please try to replace the card and confirm whether there are positive and negative sides of the card is
reversed. 3. Replace the SD card to try. 4. Judge is a hardware problem, please contact the dealer for replacement

14. SD Card Video Playback

14.1. Right click on the live view, then click View SD Card Flies to view the SD card recording.

14.2 Click Refresh, then select the time period to view.

[Note: 1. TF card does not support computer client download; 2. If the refresh can not appear after the video file, check
whether there is capacity display, check the card is normal]

15. Local Recording Settings.

15.1. Click the icon Start/Stop record into red, the default is continuous recording.

Note: 1. The local video file is kept on the local computer.

2. Use the local video comparison is the computer client has been online, if the computer client is not closed for
video recording.

16. Set the local recording conditions.

16.1.Click the settings pinion, the icon , AS shown below.

16.2 Recordclick to tick Enable recording, choose Scheduled recordingAdd.

17. Local recording save path setting

17.1. In the lower right corner, click the Options , then pop-up a dialogue named
System Options,

18.1 In the lower right corner, click Video , then pop-up a dialogue named Video Record,

19. How to upgrade Firmware

19.1.Click the settings pinion, the icon , AS shown below.

19.2. Camera Parameters-->FirmwareGetcheck the new versionclick OK to upgrade

Note: The upgrade takes about 2 minutes. Please ensure that the camera is powered on at this time. If the power
failure causes the camera to fail to upgrade, the camera will not start up any more. Contact your dealer to get
products.

20. How to set presets.

20.1 Click the camera real-time screen, adjust the camera angle, set the angle as preset 1, and so
on, can set as much as 16 resets.

21. How to set cruse line

21.1. First set several presets points, then click the camera real-time

screen, click the Cruise line settings,

21.2. Click Add,

21.3.In the cruise line 1 to add preset points, set the preset position an hold time ,a cruise line can
add up to 16 preset points.

21.4 In the Add Cruise interface, name can free to modify.

21.5. Select Cruise, click to tick call the special cruise when camera is

connected to enable the cruise,

21.6. Select the cruise line to cruse. For example, choose the “cruse 1”.
