At the Global Rally in Dallas, GLT member Kim
Madsen shared a lesson about a chicken and an
eagle that we can all learn from. This reminded
me of a story of a young boy who ventured into
the mountains one day, climbing higher through
the pines and valleys until he reached a ledge
that overlooked the vast range around his farm
home. There he saw a nest with two eggs.
Feeling brave, he reached down and took one of
the eggs in his hands, slipped it into his pocket,
then proceeded back down the mountain to his
home to see what would hatch.
After several months, a man was driving past and soar high, there’s no reason that we can’t.

Wow, what an experience! It was my first Global Rally and what an
amazing event.
It’s all about setting Goals, Putting in hard work and achieving your
goals.

Well done and congratulations to you all - India managed to hold on
to the Third position in our International ranking, and although we just
missed the second position by a whisker, we have yet another year to
keep our efforts going and reach that enviable #1 position.
A big THANK YOU to all our FBO’s and Team India staff that made
this possible.
Dallas…A great event. With more than 10,000 FBO’s from all over the
world, the Rally was a phenomenal success. We had a Punjabi Dhol
commemorating each one of Team India’s success. With India team
in its saffron jackets, the colour of India could be seen everywhere.
The Rally experience had it all: Great Hotel &Luxurious rooms,
Large personal expense reimbursements, Impressive trainings &
testimonials, new product launches and of course massive USD
cheques being handed out so generously. As usual Rolf Kipp has a
tight hold over the Global no 1 position and Surya Sinha being India’s
largest beneficiary.
Recommit yourself to the basics of “4 Core”- Recruitment, Retention,
and Productivity & Development. Don’t forget the importance of a
good, solid, vibrant retail business. It brings in profits and is a great
way to help people to improve their health and an excellent way to
introduce people into the business side of Forever. Teach these basic

This year Global Rally to Dallas was a tremendous experience. There was a lot of excitement as we completed 40 years.
We reached Dallas after a long journey and as usual FLP staff was there to receive us at the airport and luxury busses were
arranged and we reached the famous OMNI hotel. The hotel was humongous with more than 1000 rooms and family suits.
The view from our room was a total bliss.
We received a Chairman’s Bonus of US $ 21,000+. Our excitement grew with the passing time; we all were waiting
to see the highest cheque. Congratulations to all the achievers. India maintained the respective level of 3rd position in the
world.

I am Ranga, native of Ongole, settled in Hyderabad. I

was working in a Software company for 14 years. I
wished to have financial freedom through business, in
which network marketing attracted me. So, I joined a
company as part time, put my best efforts for a year,
and achieved best positions too. By assuming I would
be settled in that, I resigned my software job. Within a
span of one year due to the instability of that company,
I lost my currency, reputation and in turn life became

HOW CAN YOU BE AN EAGLE?

The Eagle Manager status is earned and renewed each year
by meeting the following requirements during the qualification
period after qualifying as a Recognized Manager in the
Marketing plan:
1) Be Active every month.
2) Be Leadership Bonus Qualified (even if he/she has no downline
Managers). Case Credits generated during the months he/she
is not Leadership Bonus Qualified will NOT count toward this
incentive.
3) Generate at least 720 Total Case Credits, including at least 100
NEW Case Credits.
4) Personally sponsor and develop at least 2 new Supervisor
lines both having been sponsored during the qualification
period.
5) Support local and regional meetings.
In addition to the requirements listed above, Senior Managers
and above must also develop and maintain Downline Eagle
Managers, as outlined in the following schedule. Each Downline
Eagle Manager must be in a separate sponsorship line, without
regard to how many generations down. This requirement is
based on the Manager position qualified for at the beginning of
the qualification period.

3. Sapphire Manager: 6 downline Eagle Managers.

In order to streamline undesirable purchase patterns, the company has adopted
the following process effective 1st June 2018.
Please note that all Direct Deposits will no longer require the Direct Deposit
Claim Form (DDCF). Moving forward, your direct deposit amounts need to be
deposited in the following new account numbers and will be treated as advances
for you and your FBOs to be utilized at the time of your purchases from the
company.
FBOs who are depositing amounts in the above mentioned accounts, will need
to fill an Advance Allocation Form (AAF) which is available at
https://flpindia.co.in/AAForm or via email at directdeposit@flptrading.net
Kindly ensure that a mobile number is registered for each FBO ID# with the
company, as access to these advance amounts will be allowed only with an OTP
SMS which will come to this registered mobile number. For more information on
mobile number registration, kindly email admin@flpindia.net
Also do note that once the amount is allocated to an FBO, the amount cannot
be adjusted with another FBOs account. However, amount will be refunded via
