Lighting Information:
The lighting in this bedroom consists of
a small lamp as seen in the left on the
photo. This room also contains a
pendant light which hangs off the
ceiling and finally natural lighting
from two windows. Due to these
lighting methods not being able to
be controlled. This is because this
lamp and pendant are not
adjustable in terms of exposure
compared to LED lights which would
be controllable light sources. The
ambient lighting is dependent on the
weather in terms of how much light
comes through.
Sound Information:
In this bedroom the walls are solid
although sound from the outside as
well downstairs and next door is
heard which potentially means this
could be caught in the screen video
recording. I will not need clearances
to combat these issues as this is
where I live although I will still get
these as proof of communication in
case any problems occur.
Power Information:
In this bed room there are a large
amount of power outlets that can be
used for equipment. In this case I will
be using my computer as the method
of filming these beneficial interviews.

In order to make sure that these virtual interviews are
not over or under exposed, I have plan as well as
have confirmation to carry this interviews out at mid-
day, this will be the best time to carry out these
planned interviews as it’s not going to get dark and
neither is it going to be too light. If the light is
unbalanced, I will use this lamp and try to position it
correctly to balance the shot. The reason I will not
have professional lighting equipment is due to the
coronavirus pandemic which is incredibly
unfortunate and has caused all schools and colleges
to close in order to slow the spread, this has been
done for safety reasons so I am unable to get filming
equipment.
Solutions:
In order to combat these issues, I will politely and
professionally communicate with everyone in my
house in order to ensure that they don’t make too
much noise as this might be caught on recording. I
will give them an estimate of how long each
interview takes on the 1st, , 2nd and 3rd of April 2020 in
order to give them a clear idea of when filming will
occur, I will also give them times in order to give
them a clearer idea of when these interviews are
occurring.
Solutions:
Although there aren’t really many power issues, our
internet isn’t the best and I often regularly disconnect
when video chatting people. In order to tackle this
slight but annoying issue, I will communicate politely,
calmly and professionally as to when these interviews
are taking place, this will be in the form of a
this room meaning there is no end of
power sources. I will make sure my
computer is charged too 100%
before filming in case of power cuts.
Hazards:
The hazards in this room are minimal
although there are a large amount of
loose wires below this desk which
could potentially cause me to trip
and possible hit my head on desk
and injure myself.
