ORDER

The Administrative Sanction Committee held on 01.11.2018 has recommended to issue

Administrative Sanction for 107 road works for an amount of Rs. 24039.99 Lakh and 15 building
works for an amount of Rs. 3189.42 Lakh by debiting the expenditure from the budget provision
available under the Head of accounts, '5054-04-337-99 Major District Roads – Developments and
Improvements', '5054-03-337-98-Developments and Improvements of State Highways',
'4059-01-051-86' & '4216-01-106-98' during the financial year 2018-19.

Administrative sanction committee decided to exclude the following works

from the approved list of works

(i)Improvements to Konnathady- Marakkanam- Kombodinjal road km 0/000 to 1/600

(Marakkanam Mangappara road) in Idukki LAC

(ii)Construction of Quarters to Excise Staff at Peermade

(iii)Construction of Office cell and Quareters building for Sub Jail, Vythiri

and decided to consider the works ((i) separately and to consider the building works
both (ii) and (iii) by their parent departments.

2. Government have examined the matter in detail and are pleased to accord
Administrative Sanction for 106 road works (given as Annexure to this Government order) for an
amount of Rs.23969.99 Lakh (Rupees Two Hundred And Thirty Nine Crore Sixty Nine Lakh and
Ninety Nine Thousand only) by debiting the expenditure from the budget provision available under
the head of accounts, '5054-04-337-99 Major District Roads – Developments and Improvements',
'5054-03-337-98-Developments and Improvements of State Highways', and 13 building works
(given as Annexure to this Government order) for an amount of Rs.2459.42 Lakh (Rupees Twenty

Four Crore Fifty Nine Lakh and Forty Two Thousand only) by debiting the expenditure from the
budget provision available under the head of accounts, '4059-01-051-86' & '4216-01-106-98'
during the financial year 2018-19.
