This has reference to the ASEP Advisory No. 17 series 2019 which informs the conduct of 17% National Science Quest by the Association of Science Educators of the Philippines (ASEP) on February 7-9, 2020 at Teachers Camp, Baguio City and Skyrise Hotel, Baguio City. 2. The list of events to be contested, qualified participants , registration fee and a copy of the opening program are found in the attached advisory for reference. 3. This Office interposes no objection to the participation of our students and teachers to this activity provided that the following provisions shall be complied: a. No Disruption of Classes Policy: Proper coordination must be done ny the concerned school heads with their teachers for the arrangement of class schedules and substitute teachers as as not to impair classes as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9 series 2005 entitled ,“Instituting Measures To Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Thereof”. b. Required travel documents like approved Authority To Travel , Parental Consent and other pertinent documents must be accomplished prior to the departure. c.
