This has reference to the Advisory No. 199 series 2019 dated November 18,2019 which bears the information that the Science Club Advisers Association of the Phillipines, Inc. will conduct the National Children’s Science Congress anchored on the theme: “Restructuring Science Competitions Through Scientific Investigations” on February 1-4, 2020 at La Vista Pansol Resort Hotel, Calamba, Laguna. 2. This Office interposes no objection to the participation of our students and teachers to this activity provided that the following provisions shall be complied: a. No Disruption of Classes Policy: Proper coordination must be done ny the concerned school heads with their teachers for the arrangement of class schedules and substitute teachers as as not to impair classes as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9 series 2005 entitled ,“Instituting Measures To Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Thereof”. b. Required travel documents like approved Authority To Travel , Parental Consent and other pertinent documents must be accomplished prior to the departure. c.
