ORDER

When this case was called for hearing, the plaintiff MAXINE
MEDINA was presented to testify. Her testimony is now completed.

Considering the manifestation of Atty. Taruc that she is the last

witness for the petitioner, he thus prayed that he be given a period of
fifteen (15) days from today to submit the written formal offer of
exhibits. Finding said motion to be impressed with merit, the same is
hereby GRANTED.

Counsel for plaintiff is directed to submit the written formal offer

of exhibits within fifteen (15) days from today. After which, defendant
is likewise given fifteen (15) days from receipt thereof to submit her
comment or opposition thereto.
