Members of the Flex-Now service team are ring-fenced from external projects and
dedicated solely to Flex-Now subscribers.
You have a named Point Of Contact (POC) within the team who is fully conversant with
your system and how it is used in your environment. In addition, a number of team
members have sufficient familiarity with your installation that they can seamlessly
support the POC as required.

The rate for each skill varies by subscription level so that premium levels enjoy lower
rates. You may draw down any mix of skills up the limit of the monthly subscription.
