Professional Experience
Our job was to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the
organization as a means to enable contact, account and case management
consistently across the organization, provide transparency in activities associated
with client business, and ensure data quality and ability to manage client business
effectively. We have also implemented Social Studio integration and several
salesforce functionalities for case management like email-to-case, web-to-case.

Used CPQ to generate the quote based on console like UI where in Sales User can
add/edit/delete the products associated with the Opportunity to get a quote in more
detailed manner.Configured this tool to save a lot of manual effort put in by the
sales user to generate the quotes especially when you have large ecosystem of
products and sub products to deal with. We have also Customised applications to
meet the needs of the renewal opportunities which would copy the products from
previous year opportunities along with the updated prices and generate the quote
which would be sent to approval for further processing.

at one platform. All the stuff from creating/managing, assigning the work to
delivering it to the clients can be managed using this internal product. It also
contains some major functionalities like managing the tasks and stories assigned to
a developer, managing the availability and time logged by the developers. And the
major and most important part which is invoicing based on the work done or hours
logged by the developers.
Also a major extension of 10k view Internal by 10K Advisors is 10k RMS. A
complete release management system that supports develop on organization and
deploy to any target organization.
A complex application that affects all users might require multiple development
and testing environments. This kind of long-term project can be further
complicated by having concurrent projects on different development cycles, and
could require several integrations before the application is deployed to production.
In many cases, all of these development efforts happen simultaneously. Release
management at this level is a very complex puzzle.
