As a technical lead/architect, I play a vital role in guiding and understanding
client's desired requirements across Salesforce and force.com technologies. Then
coordinate with the development team to turn those requirements into meaningful
modalized development components to achieve desired end result. Some notable
projects are:

It is a cloud based mobile app and web-based application to supervise different


store’s workflow. It provides a paperless environment where employee visit stores
to take survey. The application covers all aspects of survey in stores including
database management, employee location tracking, resource management and
project financials. The application includes various type of store specific report can
be use by owners and clients etc.
Port Authority CXm | CRM | Off-Shore Tech Lead
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the “Port Authority” or the
“PANYNJ”) is an agency of the States of New York and New Jersey. The Port
Authority of New York & New Jersey conceives, builds, operates and maintains
infrastructure critical to the New York/New Jersey region's trade and transportation
network. These facilities include America's busiest airport system, marine
terminals and ports, the PATH rail transit system, six tunnels and bridges between
New York and New Jersey, the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, and the
World Trade Center – all of which have a diverse and significant customer base.

Our job was to implement Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the
organization as a means to enable contact, account and case management
consistently across the organization, provide transparency in activities associated
with client business, and ensure data quality and ability to manage client business
effectively. We have also implemented Social Studio integration and several
salesforce functionalities for case management like email-to-case, web-to-case.

NYC DCAS Project Tracking System | Tech Lead


DCAS worked with agencies around New York City on any of the city owned
property to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions and energy cost. We have
created a lightning based solution for then to maintain and keep track of all the
activities and cost management.

Daltile Communities (Customer Service on Salesforce Community Cloud)


Phase 1:
Developed communities for viewing/placing/scheduling an order which can be a
simple order or a sample order. Users can view the placed orders as order history.
Data for the products was integrated through external objects. User friendly
interface with functionality to schedule for pickup or home delivery for the
products. Users can create cases for issues. 

Blackboard
Used CPQ to generate the quote based on console like UI where in Sales User can
add/edit/delete the products associated with the Opportunity to get a quote in more
detailed manner.Configured this tool to save a lot of manual effort put in by the
sales user to generate the quotes especially when you have large ecosystem of
products and sub products to deal with. We have also Customised applications to
meet the needs of the renewal opportunities which would copy the products from
previous year opportunities along with the updated prices and generate the quote
which would be sent to approval for further processing.

delivering it to the clients can be managed using this internal product. It also
contains some major functionalities like managing the tasks and stories assigned to
a developer, managing the availability and time logged by the developers. And the
major and most important part which is invoicing based on the work done or hours
logged by the developers.

complete release management system that supports develop on organization and

A complex application that affects all users might require multiple development
and testing environments. This kind of long-term project can be further
complicated by having concurrent projects on different development cycles, and
could require several integrations before the application is deployed to production.
In many cases, all of these development efforts happen simultaneously. Release
management at this level is a very complex puzzle.

CAA (California Apartment Association) | Senior Developer

The California Apartment Association helped derail legislation that would make
running background checks on prospective tenants overly complicated and a
magnet for unwarranted lawsuits.
We've created a shopping cart experience to manage their membership service and
have the following main features.

functionality to renew and upgrade functionality.
2. Users can purchase an Event/Class or product directly without purchasing any

Event Calendar | Developer

The project involves the development of a commercial app to be published on


AppExchange. The functionality includes development of a J-Query calendar and
plot events from any object that has the necessary fields to represent an event.
Users can filter events for their subordinates, as well as export them to an ICS file
for import into Google/Outlook calendar.
