Project Description:The Salesforce Application has been implemented using Service Cloud. The
Application is used for registration of various Customer Cases and associated tasks. The application
also manages Accounts, Opportunities and other custom entities. The Application is in support and
enhancements phase where deployment and delivery been managed through monthly releases. The
Application involves resolution of tickets through Salesforce Chatter.
The Application uses out-of-box functionality of salesforce- Workflows, Process Builder, Roles,
Profiles, etc. and Visualforce pages, Apex is used for customization.
Project Description:The Salesforce Application has been implemented using Sales Cloud. The
application is used to connect with multiple interfaces to update Account & Contact related
information. The internal user (KYC- Know your customer) team can validate new Accounts and
approve to convert to standard accounts to carry on business.
The application uses out-of-box functionality of salesforce- Workflows, Process Builder, Roles,
Profiles, etc.
Customized Page layouts for Standard/Custom objects and assigned Record Types.
Implemented Record-Level and Field-Level security and configured their sharing settings.
Created Data Validation rules and Formulas as per business requirement.
Worked on automating business process using process builder, approval process and
workflows.
Worked on Reports and Dashboards for Account Management Process.
Provided IT Sales-operational support to the Salesforce.com system
Responsible for creating new users and assigned appropriate roles and profiles.
Defined Org wide default to restrict access from users.
Responsible for all the activities related to data Load, uploading data in CSV files

Project Description: This project is mainly based on case management. Other than that we had Bug
management integrated with Rally and Bugzilla, SAP Data integration. I particularly
handled Visualforce page developments, Apex controllers, Workflow Processes, data
migration and unit testing.
