the assertion
“You must be trustworthy and you have to be able to communicate a vision of
where the organization needs to go”
 b) From the 7 habits of a Highly Effective People  justify the assertion -
“Outcomes are consequences of behavior “

1.) According to the module, for me, The best qualities that suits in the given statement is courage.
Because courage begins with an inward battle, when the leaders have courage, the followers are
inspired to be committed on the leader. With that, trust is built, and communication is visible.
With courage, it makes all the other virtues possible. Courage is a necessary trait of effective
leadership. Because the most important quality of a good leader is the willingness to make
decisions and open to all suggestions, and all of this takes courage.

2.) For me, I would assert the third habit on the given sentence, which is put first things first. This
habit can explain the said sentence. Because the outcome may result to be good or bad but, if
you ought to know your task the result may come as good. The reasons on why some outcomes
results to be bad because you get distracted by unimportant things. You should prioritize your
work first, focus on what’s important, and be mindful on what you are doing.
