You need to watch a video on how to make fresh pasta.

This is just one suggestion
https://www.biggerbolderbaking.com/homemade-pasta-2-
ingredient/
The recipe only uses 2 ingredients, eggs and flour. I use all-
purpose flour and it turns out fine. Check out our facebook
page (LP ACC Culinary Corner Café) for a video of my
adventures in making pasta in the near future.
Answer the following questions about fresh pasta on a doc
and send to me using the methods discussed on the e-learning
page then send me a picture of you making it and eating it!!
1. Why would you let pasta dough rest? Because it is
tired????
2. What would you need to add to the water? Why?
3. What cooking term would the water be at when you add
fresh pasta?
4. Describe the difference between dry pasta/fresh pasta
cooking time.
5. Pasta should be cooked to _________________ which
means “to the tooth” in French.
6. What happens if you overcook pasta?
7. Why do you need to save some of the pasta water?
8. How should you store fresh pasta in refrigerator? In
freezer?
