FOREIGN STUDENTS ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

 Authenticated Transcript of Records


 Authenticated Birth Certificate
 Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) or I-Card
 Original and Photocopy of Passport (bio page, admission and authorized stay)

In case of transfer from local school additional requirements must be submitted:

The student must have completed one year of residency in the previous school to avoid
penalty.

 Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Transfer


 Letter of intent to transfer
 Good Moral Character Certificate
 Transcript of Records from previous school in the Philippines.
 CHED endorsement

Please take note also of the following important details:

1. Upon admission, the student needs to pay Student Visa processing fee at the
Cashier.

2. Penalties and other fees that may be charged by the Bureau of Immigration due
to the irregularities in the documents of the foreign student are not included in the
Student Visa Processing fee.

3. Other requirements for processing of Student Visa :

For 9f Conversion: (converting tourist visa to student visa)

a.Application form from Bureau of Immigration (available at the registrar’s office)


b.Original copy of Medical Certificate issued by the Bureau of Quarantine and
International Health Surveillance
c. Original copy of National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) Clearance
d.Original and Photocopy of Passport (bio page, admission and authorized stay)
e.Photocopy of ACR I-Card (front and back portion)

For 9f Extension: (foreigner with existing student visa)

a.Application form from Bureau of Immigration (available at the registrar’s office)


b.Certificate of Re-Admission or Enrollment form.
c. Original Transcript of Grades (2 previous years)
d.Original and Photocopy of Passport (bio page, admission and authorized stay)
e.Photocopy of ACR I-Card (front and back portion)
f. In case of transfer, Honorable Dismissal or Certificate of Transfer from
previous school.
g.CHED endorsement, in case of shifting of course and/or transfer of school;
h.In case of failed grades or dropped subjects, Letter of Explanation for the
same.

For Special Study Permit : ( enrolled in non-degree course)

a.Application form from Bureau of Immigration (available at the registrar’s office)
b.Certificate of Acceptance (issued by the Registrar upon enrollment)
c. Original and Photocopy of Passport (bio page, admission and authorized stay)
d.Photocopy of ACR I-Card (front and back portion) in case of renewal/extension
of SSP.

4. Foreign student does not need to take NSTP1, NSTP2 but these must be
replaced with other GE subjects to complete the required number of units of the
curriculum.

5. In the event that the authenticated documents of the foreign student are not
ready yet or still in process, the foreign student may be accepted, but he needs
to sign the waiver stating that he will be on Probationary Status, and will not be
accepted on the next term until he submits the required authenticated
documents.

6. In the case of “Recognized Filipino Citizen” status, the student must submit the
Certificate of Conversion issued by the BID in replacement for ACR, as
supporting document.

7. For Dual Citizen Students, the student needs to submit his Philippine Passport
or Citizenship Retention and Re-Acquisition.

8. Foreigner bearing working visa (9G permit) must submit a photocopy of his ACR
or I-card.
