Instructions: It’s YOUR Turn for some practice. Upload all call details after completing each call
flow listed in OneRoad Training.

After completing all Self Pace work and in class sessions the
following calls should be created in OneRoad Training.
Choose a Vin number or Insurance Policy number from the list your
facilitator provided to use for this assignment.
Create the following calls documenting the Vin/Policy number used
and the Reference (Telephone Number) used for the call.

To gain credit for completion each call should include documentation


of the Program Name, Reference Number, PO number, VIN/Policy
Number.
