in the school as partial fulfilment of the requirements in our subject, Practical
Research II/Inquiry. The study implies data collection through survey
questionnaires and interviews, involving randomly selected Grades 10, 11, and
12 students who are officially enrolled this second semester.

Furthermore, the said research work covers questions relevant to students’


perceptions regarding their scholastic performance as part of our research

Greetings!

We, the Learning Team 9 of 12 – Bro. Felix Amancio, are presently conducting
a study entitled “The Potency of Caffeine Consumption on Scholastic
Performance” in partial fulfilment of the requirements in our subject, Practical
Research II/Inquiry. The study is quantitative-explanatory in nature, aiming to
determine specific factors that prompt caffeine consumption among students
and its relationship to their scholastic outcomes.

In this connection, we would like to request you to be one of our respondents


in our study. Data will be collected through survey questionnaires, comprising
questions which are relevant to the participants’ perception regarding caffeine
consumption. Moreover, the conduct is merely voluntary. We unequivocally
