Subject - Regarding the submission of projects and presentations via documents and audio visual
recordings.

Respected Sir, 

We will like to bring it to your knowledge that some teachers have assigned us the project topics
and have requested us to submit the presentations by a particular date that stand within the
existing lockdown period.

Sir these project topics are invited by the teachers by both means, in form of documents as well
as audio visual recordings. Sir we request you to instruct the teachers to withdraw their
orders to submit projects in all forms due to the following reasons. 

1) According to the orders of DUI (Annexed below) there have been no instructions at all for the
submission of projects for internal assessment.

2) Many of our family members run essential services (with threat to exposure) and in such tense
times we request the teachers not to impose any unnecessary discretion that can hinder our
mental peace further. 

3) There have been many students calling up stating that they have left their laptops in their
hostel rooms with no systems to ready their project.

4) No student has access to books and other relevant material, majority of the credible sources
and law journals are paid. The research is further hindered by slow internet due to heavy traffic.

We are not and will not pester even the teachers as well to take online classes as we believe that
even they have their family to worry about and will not be able to dedicate their time towards
academic activities and research. The world is going through a 'Pandemic' and there exist
extraordinary circumstances that students as well as teachers are facing. 

We request you to release a circular to all the teachers of UILS mandating withdrawal of
all instructions regarding submission of projects in all forms, be it documentary or audio
visual.
