reinforcement bars and stirrups and adequate provision of
development length?
Is concrete placed in its final position before the cement
8 reaches its initial setting time?
Concrete deposited in its final position are not re handled or
caused to flow in a manner which would cause segregation,
9 loss of material, or displacement of reinforcement?

approved implements and not be dropped for a free fall from a
10 height more than 1.0 m when it is necessary to use transfer
chutes?

completed placed in successive horizontal layers of uniform
13 thickness preferably ranging from 15 to 90 cm?

Did concrete prevented the formation of cold joints between
14 each succeeding layer?
Are the top surface of each pour and the bedding layer
15 approximately horizontal?
Is concrete compacted during placing with approved vibrating
16 equipment and consolidated to maximum practicable density?

Are Cautions exercised not to over vibrate the concrete to the
point of segregation and tapping or external vibration of forms
17 by hand tools or immersion vibrator not be permitted?

Is care taken to prevent contact of immersion vibrators with
18 reinforcing steel or forms of finished surfaces?

Are Construction Joints are formed in case concreting work
19 stopped without completion?
Are Previous Construction Joints cleaned, roughed and
20 treated before starting the
Is concrete placed without interruption until completing part of
21 the work between predetermined construction joints?

Are the joint at right angles to the axis of the member for
22 inclined or curved members?
Is the construction joint surface roughened, thoroughly
23 cleaned, and treated with a thin layer of cement group before
resuming concreting?
Did each placement of concrete in multiple lift work except
when placing with slip forms allowed to set for at least 24
24 hours before the start of subsequent placements?
