•€€€€€€€€€To be able to provide customer service and support to InterGlobe clients on Air,
hotels, car hire, packages and other bookings keeping in minds various SLA’S like quality,
abandon%, AHT, sales conversation & efficient customer service. To be able to deal with
customers from India, US, UK and Asia Pacific where it may require to take few calls in Hindi as
well.

6/5 working days, depending on the process that the employee would be finally transferred to.

For Indigo hiring

• Nationality - Indian nationals ONLY
• Sex - Female ONLY
• Age - Between 18 to 27 Years
• Height - Minimum of 155 cms
• Weight - Appropriate weight , as per BMI (Body Mass Index)
• Education - Passed 10+2 Examination from a recognized board or university.
• Language skills - Fluency and clarity in speech, correct pronunciation and reduced
mother tongue influence, in English and Hindi.
• Personality - Presentable , confident, mature with good interpersonal skills and positive
attitude.
• Grooming - Candidate with clear complexion, positive body language and well
groomed. No visible scars and tattoos.

If the engineering students want to take an opportunity in our IT team later they will have to sign a
Service Level Agreement is of 1 years and would require two personnel guarantors (first blood relatives) to
sign the same. 4 day class room training with IT team will be provided
Candidates have to bring all the educational documents with ID proofs and the Guarantors have to
accompany them for necessary documentation with their ID proofs on the date of joining(only confirmed
after successful selection process)
Personnel guarantors and the Candidate are required to bring their cheque (either of them can bring
cheque) and photo ID e.g. Pan Card and Driving License or Passport Copy and address proof. The
st
cheque’s should be of value i.e. 1 Lakh. This shall be refunded to students on their 1 anniversaries at IGT.
If the engineering students don’t want to take an opportunity in our IT team later they can join
without any Service level agreement and they will be Not eligible for any class room training with IT
team
