Supplies Notes
• Worsted weight yarn in colors: • This pattern uses US Crochet Terms.
o Black - 45 yards (I used: El Gato • The toy is worked from the bottom to the

PATTERN

Legs, body and head


Use bl ack, light blue, white and skin tone
yarn. Work in rounds, without joining the
rounds. Use a stitch marker so you know
where a round begins. Stuff legs, body
and head firml y, stuffing as you go. Start
with bl ack yarn.

PATTERN

Arms
Use skin tone and white yarn and work
in rounds without joining the rounds. Use
a stitch marker so you know where a
round begins. Stuff the hands firml y, and
stuff arms less and less, until you almost
don’t stuff the upper p art of the arm.
Fl atten the opening of the arm and sew
it together. Then, attach arms. Start with
skin tone yarn.

Use white yarn and work in rows. Use black yarn and work in rows.

Eye Patch Nose


Use black yarn and work in rows. Embroider nose using skin tone yarn.

(Make 1)
Make 6 chains.
Row 1: Sc in 2nd chain from hook and in
next 4 stitches (5). Chain 1, turn.
R2: Sc in every stitch (5). Chain 1, turn.
R3: 1 dec(sc), 1 sc, 1 dec(sc) (3).

Make a round of single crochet all around


the patch (sc around the four sides of
patch). FO. Weave in tail. Attach black
yarn to one of the sides of the patch, and
make 58 chains. Attach to the other side of
the patch. FO. Weave in tail.

Use gray yarn and work in rounds, without FO. Leave a long tail to sew to Part 2 of
