Q. 1 Develop a business proposal and prepare a business report for initiating a small business preferably
on apparel & applied category. You are required to present the following to the jury panel.

 Business proposal in print as discussed in class along with separate ppt for presentation
 3 samples pertaining to idea conceptualization, (Product costing of 1 product), related boards related
to Range planning & Social Promotion.
 Development of company brand logo or name in accordance to small business venture.
 Related operational, marketing, financial plan to be drawn for the small business.
 Garment or product to be displayed on live model or dress form.

Mode of presentation:

· A3 Forecast Board based on interpretation and analysis in terms of Range Development of

product & Original Concept.

· Presentation & hardcopy of the Business Plan in print & PPT in slideshow for jury presentation
