Can Arshed and Sasi coordinate with Dr Lilantha and transfer the funds through Colombo Chapter.

PC. Please consider it is available and will transfer the funds shortly.  
 
(I am fascinated with Mini CNC machine, please let us know how important to have it and the budget, we may look for some 
funds in future)

Dear Dr Lilantha, 
 
We are pleased to confirm that we are satisfied with the quoted price and the balance money available from 
our Reunion function in Oct.2019 can be used to purchase 4 No. PCs. We are confident that you have 
reviewed the specification of the PC and satisfied that it is fit for the purpose. 
We will transfer the money to PEFAA within few days and please liaise with PEFAA regarding money 
transaction with your supplier.  
Please find below current money position. 
1) Balance money available from our Reunion function ‐  LKR 652,616.31 
2) Cost of 4 No. PCs @ LKR 145,990                                    ‐  LKR 583,960.00 
3) Balance money available after the purchase of PCs    ‐  LKR 68,656.31 
4) Additional money needed to purchase 5th PC              ‐ LKR 77,333.69 
 
If you can find a source for the additional money for the purchase of the 5th PC, it will be great. Even 
otherwise please utilise the balance money to buy the 5th PC when additional money become available. 
Our batchmates are very pleased that we had a very successful Reunion in Oct. as well as able to sponsor 3 
projects for the benefit of the current and future students.

Sorry for the late reply. I think the Softlogic office in Kandy City Centre has done something wrong in providing me the 
quotation. I say that because all of a sudden, they went silent to my calls. So I visited their Mulgampola showroom last night 
and got the attached full quotation.
