Introduction :

Poltitical theory is a set of two ideas; 1st is the Idea of political and 2nd is the idea of Theory. Before
describing what is Political theory? We’ve to know about political and theory.

Political has multiple meanings but somehow, these are some popular meanings like concerns to the
state- Political is a term related to the state and all the things effected by state are political, exercise of
power- When power is imposed or exercised over community it also means political, social and public
activities and collective act-it includes protests, revolutions, social movements etc. and our collective
fight to make claims (moral claims too) and for our interests.

As we know humans have the feature of concept bearing. Now, we’re talking about theory, as you know
that theory is a systematic knowledge of some concepts like this political theory means the systematic
knowledge of political concepts like liberty, rights, democracy etc. Theory is based on lived experiences,
we can also call It is an implicit understanding of objects, exercises, people and relationships. Too, it has
systematic reflection of expressions.

A theory is a form of systematic reflection of six features, (1) Conceptual sensitivity, (2) rational
structure, (3) aspiration for a humanly achieved truth And a clear mandate to ascertain fairness, (4)
normality, (5) beliefs and Presumptions, and (6) Strong non-speculative intent - no need to overcome the
consequences, micro inquire specifically.

What is politi cal and politi cal theory

The story of the word political starts in the earlier Greece. Political has many meanings but from earlier
times it comes from the Greece word ‘polis’ which means city state. Where it is considered collective
power for good for the community but even though only few peoples can exercised power on the
community, slaves, women and aliens are not included in the group of ruling powers or not eligible to be
a part of authority. Political had the meaning of values of good for the community.Political includes the
collective decision making power, exercise of power, to control entire community by only few peoples.
The important question is why public will accept this? What if the collective decision making power is
given to limited people not the whole community then it is possible to create a new world where all are
equal. All the things require a theory, a political theory to ensure that everyone can govern his or her life
without outer interference. This means political includes the power and the values but not all times. In
above statements we came to know what is political and now we also know theory. Political theory is
also about the mechanism of exercise the power over communities. Now we have known about political
theory. We know how political events called politics affect our everyday life either it is the matter of
nature like global warming, diseases like corona etc.
