2. ECOLOGY- study of organisms and their environment

3. BIO CHEMISTRY- study of chemical processes within and relating to living organisms.

4. ANATOMY- the study of the structure of organisms and their parts. Anatomy is a branch of natural
science dealing with the structural organization of living things.

5. MEDICINE- is the science and practice of the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

7. Physiology- study of normal mechanisms, and their interactions, which works within a living
system.

interactions of cellular molecules – such as nucleic acids and proteins – that carry out
the biological processes essential for the cell's functions and maintenance.

9. Microbiology- the study of microorganisms, those being unicellular, multicellular, or acellular.

Microbiology encompasses numerous sub-disciplines including virology, parasitology, mycology
and bacteriology.

10. MYCOLOGY-study of fungi, including their genetic and biochemical properties, their taxonomy
and their use to humans as a source for tinder, medicine, food,

11. Biophysics- the study of physical phenomena and physical processes in living things, on
scales spanning molecules, cells, tissues and organisms.

12. Cell Biology- Study of cell, and function.

13. GENETICS- study of genes, genetic variation, and heredity in living organisms.

14. HERPETOLOGY- study of amphibians and reptiles.
