重点关注的参数及调整方法(Important parameters and adjustment methods)：
1、监视二级 RO 淡水泵运行状态：正常运行时画面状态为红色，故障时画面状态为红闪，密切关注淡水泵
的状态，观察出水压力以及除盐系列进水流量是否正常，如果淡水泵出现跳停现象，及时启动备用泵，同
时去就地检查，确认故障原因，并通知相关单位处理。
1. Monitor the operation status of second RO freshwater pump: In normal running, the
screen status is red, and red flashing when it break down. Pay close attention to the
state of freshwater pump, observe whether the outlet pressure and the inlet flow of
desalination series are normal. If the freshwater pumps stop, start the standby pumps in
time. At the same time, go to the local inspection and confirm the cause of the failure,
and inform the relevant units to deal with it.
2. 监视除盐系列运行参数：除盐系列进水压力不超过 0.6Mpa，过高的压力会造成设备的损坏，进水流
量一般为 40~60t/h，阴床电导率应小于 10µs/cm，混床电导率应小于 0.2µs/cm。如果阴床电导率
和混床电导率超标，及时发现，及时分析，确认失效后，及时再生。
2. Monitor the operation parameters of demineralized series: the inlet pressure of
demineralized series does not exceed 0.6 Mpa, and excessive pressure will cause damage
to the equipment. The inlet flow rate is generally 40-60 t/h, the conductivity of anion
-bed should be less than 10 s/cm, and the conductivity of mixed- bed should be less
than 0.2 s/cm. If the anion- bed conductivity and mixed -bed conductivity exceed the
standard value, timely discovering, timely analysis, confirm the failure, and timely
regeneration.
2、监视除盐水箱液位：水箱液位应在 1.0~10.0m 之间，正常运行时，一般控制液位在 4.0m 以上，一是
保证正常的补水，二是设备出现故障不能制水时，有段缓冲期。液位太高时，容易溢流，造成浪费。
2. Monitor the liquid level of demineralized water tank: the level of water tank should be
between 1.0 m and 10.0 M. In normal operation, the level of water tank should be generally
controlled above 4.0 M. One is to ensure normal water make-up , another is to have a buffer
period when the equipment fails to generate water. When the liquid level is too high, it is

easy to overflow and cause waste.

3、监视除盐水泵运行状态：除盐水泵为变频泵，低频启动，启动后，注意观察出口压力及流量。
3. Monitor the operation status of demineralized water pump: demineralized water pump
is variable frequency pump, start at low frequency, after starting, pay attention to the
observation of outlet pressure and flow rate.
4、监视再生时再生泵的运行状态：再生时，再生泵如果出现跳停现象，及时启动备用泵，确保再生过程
不被中断，保证再生效果。
4. Monitor the operation status of regeneration pump during regeneration: If the
regeneration pump stops, start the standby pump in time, to ensure that the regeneration
process is not interrupted and the regeneration effect is guaranteed.
