Key Responsibilities:

General Information:
MIS stands for Management Information System. MIS reports allow for evaluation of the
performance of employees, machinery, and even money (investment). This allows the
management to make decisions about the future. It also identifies the strengths of the
organization, allowing the management to take the opportunity to exploit it more. These
reports also help to answer 'what-if' questions like what would be the effect on cash flows
of a company if the credit term is changed for its customers etc. MIS reports also support
decision making and it helps to integrate the decision maker and the quantitative model
being used. MIS is a Internally focused, Produce simple summaries and comparisons of
data Drill down facility to be able to access more detailed information. if need
Management report which helps the management to review the monthly performance, to
compare it with the previous month's and previous years. MIS To analyse the Drivers of
the business and weak areas of business.

Qualifications:
Hard Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in major of accounting and Finance
 3-5 Years’ Experience in accounting
 Good communication skills written (verbal and presentational), and interpersonal.
 Good in English
 Excellent Excel Skills
 Analytical Skills (ability to research, compile, analyse & interpret data)
 Experience with accounting system (preferably ERP system)
 Experience in cost Accounting (LOT/Batch costing) and MIS reporting.
 Experience with factories, operational control.

 Support Factory Accountant and Plant Manager in Stock Accounting and reporting on
positions and movements in RCN, WIP and FG.
 Support factory during stock-take follow up & analysis, preparation, evaluation and
reconciliation on monthly basic.
 Support in month end close and reporting as required by HCM office.

Management Accounting:
 Prepare LOT Costing Report and Analysis about the Results (with supporting documents)
