3. Experiment and results

The prototype CPPS was determined for the testing

same time it is very difficult to solve charging for
parking spaces in housing estates.

4. Conclusion

The technological facilities of the Prototype laboratory


allow continuation of the research and development in
future. There is a realistic assumption for the utilisation
of the knowledge, experiences and the laboratory back
ground for optimization of PCES units parameters and
their use for charging of electric vehicles, for technical
services of cities and another commercial, cultural and
other purposes. Use of the controlled electric power
