Applications are invited, for admissions to 1st year MBBS and BDSprogrammes
Academic Session 2019-20, under categories of Self Finance (UEAP and UDP) from the
candidates who have applied for admission on merit basis but not selected on merit, from 2nd
December to 9th December, 2019.

Fees Structure
• UEAP Self Finance Rs.464,200/-
• UDP Self Finance Rs.616,000/-

Procedure to apply

• Candidate has to download application form available on the website of LUMHS,

www.lumhs.edu.pk.
• Candidate has to submit downloaded application form along-with photo-state copy of
Demand Draft in favor of Vice Chancellor LUMHS, Jamshoro at Directorate of
Admissions LUMHS, Jamshoroupto 9th December, 2019 by hand.
• If candidate wants to apply simultaneously on both categories UEAP and UDP Self
Finance then candidate has to submit (02) separate Demand Drafts i.e:-

(i) Rs.464,200/-
(ii) Rs.151800/-

• Applications received after last date and through courier shall not be entertained.

• After the selection, candidate has to submit original Demand Draft along-with 5% of
Total prescribed fee as Government Tax.

Note:- All Admissions on Self Finance i.e UEAP and UDP shall be provided purely / strictly on
merit basis, according to allocation of District-Wise seats as mentioned in Prospectus
Session 2019-20.
