2.4 RFQ Submission Details

Table 2.1 (below) details the RFQ information that the bidder shall submit with their quotation.

Schedule a) Provide a detailed schedule of the key 'Feasibility' phase activities.

The duration of the 'Feasibility' phase shall not exceed 16 weeks.

Switchboard Replacement project (i.e. project phases three through
to five) based on experience from projects of similar complexity. The
schedule should include durations and sequence of the high-level
activities in each phase.
Include Long Lead Items (LLl's) in the schedule, and assume
wherever possible, equipment is installed prior to the turnaround.
