JOB DESCRIPTION

1) Job Purpose

1. PM is to ensure the Infrastructure requirements of the project is delivered and


completed on time, within budget and within agreed project scope.
2. Liaise closely with key stakeholders on the project progress and ensure the desired
results and objectives are achieved in the most efficient way and meeting project
requirements.
3. To plan, coordinate and monitor the works executed by various parties involved in
the delivery of the Infrastructure readiness which include 3rd party vendors, T&I
Product Line engineers, Solution Architect and Application teams.
4. To prepare and provide relevant documentations required for the successful
implementation of the project which include Project Timeline, Project Progress
Update Reports, Testing Reports, Change Order and Handover Documentations

4) Qualifications & Competencies

Qualification

 Degree in IT is preferred
 At least 5 years’ working experience in Project Management
 Familiar with Project Management Standards (PMBOK), ITIL

Competencies

 Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and strong executive presence.
 Excellent Analytical thinking
 High level of knowledge and understanding of the Maybank businesses and IT

5) Major Challenges (Describe the most challenging or complex part of your work)

1. Finalization of the scope of works prior to Project Execution


2. Coordination of the works execution depend on T&I Product Lines who are also
responsible for the day to day BAU operation support. Planned activities for projects are
often disrupted by BAU operational and ad hoc issues.

1. Review and amend solution with Solution Architect and Project Requestor
2. Plan and coordinate with vendors on Project Delivery

projects
